Chemdoc Expansion in Customer Support
Chemdoc, a leader in chemical safety software solutions has been making significant investments companywide to continuously improve and support the ongoing client growth. There has been significant investment in our most important asset, our people. IT development has ramped up their team with 2 new recruits to continue to provide exceptional technical support to clients and work on new product developments. In addition, we have also hired 2 new account executives to support our growth. An area where we have also scaled up and is core to the business is in the customer support team. Customer support has added 2 new hires to the team in recent months.
Hannah Daly, who has been with Chemdoc as a Project Manager for over 6 years and spearheaded the exceptional customer support to clients, has seen many changes, “I have seen Chemdoc grow dramatically since 2012 when I first started. Our customer base has more than tripled in the last 6 years”
Throughout this expansion, Chemdoc have manged to attain the quality standard and recent ISO 9001/2015 accreditation. This best practice ethos in all Chemdoc do has enabled the company to scale up while not losing focus on quality.
Our key is ensuring chemical safety is never compromised, output of quality data for the end user is core to all that we do. All new members to our team undergo extensive training to ensure full knowledge of the system they maintain.

Most recently Kristine Halpin and Nicola McGrath, have conducted induction training to ensure full knowledge of the system they maintain. Both team members are exceeding expectations and are a great addition to our support team who are always happy to help with any queries.
